I switched over to blu cigarettes a couple months ago, and I can’t say enough good things about them.

I was surfing online the one night when I came across an ad for blu cigs. I’ve seen ads for these kinds of things before, but I was bored and had some time to kill, so I figured I’d peruse the site and see what’s what.

It was pretty interesting to read. I had no real concept of what they were before, so this was all new. I liked that the blu cigarettes didn’t have all the crap that comes in normal cigarettes and that they don’t produce the harmful second-hand smoke. I’m always catching flack from my teenage daughter about that, afterall.

The way they work seemed pretty cool, too. There were directions on the website that said each e-cigarette is made up of 3 pieces that you put together: a battery, an atomizer, and a cartridge. Plus, there’s a wall charger and USB charger to recharge the batteries. It seemed pretty simple.

They had a 30-day money-back guarantee, so I figured I’d give them a shot. Worst case scenario, I’d send them back and serve as a warning to others. Fortunately, I didn’t have to.

I got the package from the post office one day on a quick break from the cafe. Since the store was slow (and I own it) I figured I’d crack it open there to kill some time.

The package was just as the website described, no surprises there. I ordered the black-colored cigarettes as opposed to the ones colored to look like normal smokes, because I thought they looked rather chique and cute. Being the coffee fanatic I am, I really couldn’t help but order the “Java Jolt” flavored cartridges.

I screwed the battery into the charger, plugged it into the USB of my laptop and waited for the lights to turn off to let me know they were done. I then screwed the battery into the atomizer and added a cartridge and took it for a test haul. It tasted good, I didn’t have to press anything, and the vapor dissipated quickly, leaving no foul smell behind.

From the get-go, I really liked it. It was easy, I liked the taste, and I could smoke it at work. At first my regulars were a little alarmed when they saw me use it inside, but I they understood after I briefly explained what it was about. A few of them have actually ordered blu cigs for themselves. It’s a little surreal sometimes to have a cafe full of people smoking e-cigarettes inside, but it sure seems to be good for business. It’s especially good when customers can come in here and take their time with their lunch and not have to hurry out to fit a smoke break in.

My daughter isn’t as bothered by these as the normal cigarettes. She doesn’t have to deal with the stink that clings to my clothes and she gets that there’s less chemicals and additional toxins in these than what I used to smoke. Since I’ve got her off my back, I’m actually more likely to quit just because there’s less pressure. But first I’ll probably just cut down the level of nicotine in future blu cig orders and try some different flavors. No sense messing with a good thing.

All in all, I’m really happy that I took a chance and ordered these. I haven’t tried any other brands to tell the difference, but these have turned out so well I think I’ll leave well enough alone and stick to what’s worked.

When I first seen the Blu electronic cigarette I was simply amazed. The Blu electronic cigarette really
stands out among its competitors. While most electronic cigarettes companies simply expect you to
put your electronic cigarette in your pocket, Blu electronic cigarettes actually gives you a pack.

I ordered a Blu electronic cigarette off of a recommendation and I could not be happier. Not only have I quit using tobacco, my Blu electronic cigarette has already paid for itself in less than a month. I can see saving a lot of money by using my Blu.

Accurate review from my experience. Great packaging, great price and their delivery times have improved greatly since last year.

However the product is inferior in many ways to other mini-style e-cigs (although this is a super mini technically). Battery life is incredibly short. Throat hit and vapor production are way under par and not consistant. The cartridge flavors are fairly poor (I liked the Java the best out of the bunch). The atomizers burn up quickly.

All in all not recommended except for the light smoker (re: half pack a day or less).

Joye 501s and Green Cigs are much better in my experience (and ultimately much cheaper for heavy smokers).

The first good thing I can say about blu sigs is that it is a healthier option of smoking both for first hand and second hand smokers. Secondly, it is more cost effective way of smoking compared to traditional tobacco smoking. And third, it is a more decent way of smoking because it won’t sting your hair, your clothes fingers and of course your mouth.
