   V2 is a wonderful e-cigarette. However, here I am almost 1 month since I placed my original order and I still do NOT have the complete order. Of course, they took the entire $342.56 off my credit card back on 2/19/11. I ordered replacement cartridges 3/8/11 for $247.68 and, again, they took that off the card but my order is on back order AGAIN and they don’t know when they’ll be shipping it. Stop taking my money til you have the product! Tacky service there. Stop making excuses and their customer service was snippy with me this morning because the “code” I gave my friend for 15% off (and supposedly gives me $15 credit) was no good anymore. What? I don’t even have my entire 1st order and my code is canceled? Does that make sense to you? GREAT e-cig. BAD company.

   Great product. Bad customer service and shipping habits. I’m still waiting on stuff from my 1st order placed 2/19. They held my 2nd order because they didn’t have the menthol cartridges BUT they’ve already taken ALL the $$ for both orders. I placed a 3rd order just because we were almost out of cartridges. No offers of anything for trouble – in fact even though I did 2-day shipping, they only do ground for their backorders. Not happy with them.

   Hey All,

   Just so you’re aware. I talked with V2 Cigarettes today, and they have assured me the shipping process has improved dramatically since your reviews have been posted.

   All inventory is now in stock and shipping daily. The only items not currently in stock (4/4/2011) is the Portable Charging Cases (PCCs). Shipping has been working around the clock to get everything out to customers as expected.

   This was mostly due to the website upgrade, and the changeover of their shipping system to a better, faster platform that will stop these problems from ever happening in the future.

   Coupled with that, they’ve also moved their shipping department to a much larger facility between last week and the weekend, so I know they are just getting things back into full-swing.

   In my experience V2 has been everything I could have hoped for. My whole ordering process went smoothly from beginning to end. I did A LOT of research before finally settling on V2 as my e-cig supplier, and since my starter kit arrived (back in March) I have not had a cigarette! V2 has many different flavors to choose from and so far all that I have tried have been fantastic. Their carts last at least as long as a pack of traditional cigs would and their batteries hold a long charge. I was also really impressed by the amount of vapor V2 e-cigs produce…very thick and smoke-like. I honestly do not miss cigarettes at all! In fact it feels like I am still smoking.
